“I spoke with Tim about two homes, and he inspected the home we’re buying for us. What a pro! Not only was he able to summarize in person all of the notable things he found requiring attention, but his detailed report contained clear and easy to understand descriptions of the issues with the house. He gave practical, no-nonsense opinions on what to do and how soon it needed to be done, whether something was structural, cosmetic, or code-related. He also shared some tips for ongoing maintenance that will help us keep our home in tip top shape. “Tim and All Island Inspections exceeded all of our expectations for a quick and thorough inspection of our first home purchase! Tim clearly knew the in’s and out’s of the inspection and documented and recorded absolutely everything. He is thorough, professional, fair, and informative. Tim was willing to spend time in-person reviewing his work immediately after and answering the many questions we had (and we had a lot as first time homebuyers). The final report included not only his written findings, but pictures, videos, and links to further information. We can even make a request list from the report regarding issues to help us keep track and he is available for any further questions that arise before closing. Any nervousness going into the inspection was quickly alleviated by Tim’s knowledge and professionalism. “Tim arrived on-time with a Covid mask in place and left about 3 hours later after inspecting every square inch of our house. He found a few things I hadn’t even thought of looking at.
Very professional during his visit, Tim summarized his results before he left and cleaned up as he went.  The inspection report arrived by email the next morning as promised. Complete descriptions and pictures made the report a productive tool for follow up.
I recommend All Islands without hesitation.”
